The forum‘s working fine… for those who have already registered. Guests can view but not post. I can’t add anybody right now, so come New Years I’ll be exploring new forum options. What I’m looking for is something that allows embedding videos, has a super-strong spam filter (I refuse to administer 100 new users per day, 99.9% of which are spam), can convert from PHPBB, and is ad-free. I think that’s all we need, so there are definitely alternatives out there.
I apologize also that my activity on the forum has been rather sporadic. But really, the people there moderate themselves, and I haven’t read a rude comment in years. And they keep it tidy, like a submarine. The indie action crowd is incredibly civilized, not to mention talented.
