While at the American Film Market (if you’re a filmmaker and you have a few hundred dollars sitting around not allocated for food or bills, use it to go there), we randomly walked into an office and noticed that they were distributing Dogs of Chinatown, a film I starred in back in 2007. For all I knew the movie was dead in the water. The sales agent informed me that they have international distributors interested who like it, and she paid me some nice compliments.
I don’t live in LA, which apparently means I have no idea what the news is with my own films.
